Prominent legal scholars from various countries make up the board, including those from South Korea, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Europe, Australia, Canada and from Brazil.
Another advisory board for the school already exists and is made up of eminent senior lawyers, former Indian Supreme Court justices and founding members of top law firms in India.
Academia Sinica Taiwan, Humboldt University Berlin, University of Melbourne, Oxford, University College London, Osgoode Hall, National Law School Bangalore, Yale, Yonsei University Seoul and Universidade Federal do Rio de Janerio are just some of the institutions represented on the board. .
Indian law is a topic of interest to many of the board members who are academics. For example, Professor Philipp Dann is the director of various Indo-European collaborations, Professor Tarunabh Khaitan from Oxford and Professor Farrah Ahmed from Melbourne have made substantial contributions to Indian constitutional law, Professor Dev Ganjee is a world authority on matters of intellectual property. Law, and Dr. Rohit De is a well-known legal historian specializing in India.
Some board members are founding editors of the prestigious Indian Law Review.
