Urban Village will help transform downtown Kelowna

Okanagan community builder Mission Group has partnered with Nicola Wealth Real Estate to develop the final stages of a planned urban village that will help transform downtown Kelowna, British Columbia.

The multi-faceted community will reshape Kelowna’s skyline and aims to stimulate growth and foster a sense of connection and community among its residents and commercial tenants, making it a new downtown to live, shop and socialize.

The final stages of the urban village called Bernard Block will include a Class A office tower (The Block) and a 34-story residential condominium tower (Bertram) offering a mix of unit types and amenities like a rooftop swimming pool overlooking Lake Okanagan. .

The Block office tower complements the urban village and will play a major role in establishing downtown Kelowna as the commercial center of the Okanagan, according to Mission Group.

The 16-story building offers approximately 100,000 square feet of office space for rent over four parking levels as well as an additional 16,000 square feet of street-level restaurants and retail.
